Purpose of position

  • To manage and develop a set of customer accounts within an agreed specific geographical territory, product group and/or market with the aim of maximising growth, retention, customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Intelligently campaign our existing customer base; leveraging all upgrade cross-sell opportunities and minimizing cancellations.
  • Recording and management of all ‘Customer Notifications’ received.
  • Report cancellation notices to relevant personnel on a weekly basis.
  • During the campaign process, maximise consumables sales across all UK direct product lines.
  • Recognising wider sale opportunities and referring to appropriate regional and national sales colleagues.

Major responsibilities

  • Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Telesales Element:

    • Achievement of monthly sales target (Team Based)
    • Volume of sales revenue and profit margin generated
    • Quality of orders and adherence to process
    • Volume of credits generated due to non-compliance to process
  • Customer Base Element:
    • Volume of customers segmented through correct process
    • Achievement of measures defined for new campaigns
    • Highlight early warning signs of contract cancellations to relevant sales colleagues
    • Process cancellations request correctly
    • Quality of data entry
    • Feedback from sales colleagues
  • Generic Measures:

    • Call monitoring scores through structured process
    • Productivity levels through telephony reports
  • Additional responsibilities

    • Interaction with peers, other colleagues and management team to drive for continued growth and best practice improvement for Stanley
    • To be an ambassador for Stanley at all times
    • Manage the info@stanley mailbox and redirect queries to relevant colleagues/teams as required
